6 Things You Can Do Now to Change Your Life Forever




The only constant in our lives is change. We cannot avoid this and the more we resist change, the more difficult our life will become.


Trust me, I know because I was very skilled at changing change in my past life.

We are all surrounded by change and it is the only thing that has the most dramatic impact on our lives and our personality. Change has the ability to catch you at some point in your life. There is no avoidance because it will find you, challenge you, and force you to reconsider how your life lives and has the power to change your life dramatically.

The change in our lives can come as a result of a painful event such as a crisis, as a result of choice or by chance. Either way, we all face having to make a decision which is change - are we making change or not? I think it is always best to make changes in your life in order to develop yourself for the better.

However, we cannot avoid unexpected painless events (crisis) in our lives because they are events that challenge complacency in our own lives. What we can control when we encounter these bitter events is how we choose to respond to them. It is our strength and our chosen energy that enable us to effect positive change in our lives for the better.

Working according to our chosen strength provides us with a greater opportunity to change our lives for the better. The more opportunities we provide to change our lives, the more fulfilling, happy and successful our lives will become.


So, how does your life change? Here are 10 things you can do to make life changes for the good, forever you will be a successful person.


1. Create a dream board




When we were kids, we were daydreaming all the time. We were skilled at dreaming and envisioning what we would be when we grew up. We thought anything could have been achieved.

As we grew older, we lost our ability to dream. Our dreams became hidden and when we started feeling like realizing our dreams was impossible and difficult.


A dream painting is a great way for us to start believing in your dreams again. Seeing our dreams every day on a dream board brings life back to our dreams wonderfully. Our dreams become real and we believe that these dreams can be fulfilled wonderfully.


2. Searching for meaning in life




Spend time trying to sort out what is important in your life and why it is so important.

What do you want to achieve in your life? What are your dreams and aspirations? What makes you more happy?

You must find your goal in life, otherwise you may lead a miserable life.


Meaning in life gives you the purpose and determines the direction and method of how you want to live your life. Without meaning, you will spend the rest of your life wandering in life as a maze without a goal without any direction, focus or noble goal.

3. Set goals to achieve your dreams



Once you know what is important in your life and what your dream life looks and desires, you need to take action and define your long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals in order to achieve them logically. It works on these goals that enable you to achieve your dreams.


Remember, your goals may change from time to time. Always be flexible in defining your goals and aspirations and achieving them as things change in life and your goals should reflect these changes in concrete terms. It is the small steps that you take that take a significant and significant momentum for change in your life.


4. Try to do really scary things



This is all you choose to get out of your comfort zone and learn the limitations from a different perspective.

Public speaking is one of the most frightening things a person can do. I was afraid of public speaking, however, I knew I wanted to be a motivational speaker. So I joined Toast Masters to overcome my fear of public speaking as well as set up a YouTube channel.

My first speech was terrible, and my knee was beating, I was afraid, and I sweat and could not stop shaking. But I did it and the feeling of completing this speech, although it was terrible, was great and motivating to me.

I chose to continue this business, and now I earn my living as a motivational speaker. I am still nervous when I wake up to talk, but she is excited and very much in love.


Make a list of the scary things you prefer to do but are afraid of it. Put a plan in place and then go to work. Never stop doing scary things because if you do your life it will become one of satisfaction and comfort just do it.

5. Give up your regret and sorrow



Only regret in life will hold you back. We deeply regret the painful events of the past, and if you spend all your time thinking about the past you will stupidly miss the present and the future.

You cannot change what you have done or have not done in the past, so let it go and forget it. The only thing you can control now is how you choose to live your present and future life, for example after 5 years.

I had a pile of remorse that was holding me back in my life. I encountered a "balloon exercise" and got rid of my regret forever.

What is that? It's simple - you can blow as many balloons as possible. On each balloon, write your regret, then let the balloon go. When the balloon drifts to the sky, say goodbye to this regret forever

It's the best thing.


6. Confront your fears



Our fears are easy to ignore and hope they will be gone forever. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work like that.

If you want to change your life for the better, learn to master your fears so that you cannot control you for much longer. Our fears are nothing but negative thoughts in our minds that are not real, but over time we have come to believe they are real.

It is our fear in life that prevents us from living in our lives to the fullest. We know when our fear dominates our lives because we feel discontent, dissatisfied and unfulfilled.


Once we honestly face our fears, we regain our strength to choose the way we want to live and when we do so we better change our lives forever.
